Admissions Representative for Renewable Energy Division

Boots on the Roof, a leader in Renewable Energy Training, provides high-end technical training to businesses nationwide. Our Parent Company, Unitek Education, is consistently ranked among the fastest growing companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Boots on the Roof is the fastest growing division in our company, and is currently growing at a 100% per quarter rate.

We are seeking competitive individuals to sell a service that transforms existing businesses into green businesses - by providing technical education on deploying renewable energy solutions.

Ideal candidates are hard working, self-motivated, independent individuals, with common-sense who have a desire to help others and contribute to the growth of our business. Candidates must dedicate 40 hours per week at our headquarters in Fremont, California.

We offer a base salary plus commission compensation plan with an environment that allows salespeople to achieve high levels of compensation.

• A good sales person will make approximately $15,000-$25,000 in commission per year.
• The ramp time is exceedingly small.
• Over 50% of our sales force makes their first sale within 10 business days, and the remaining make them within 15 business days.
• It is quite easy to ramp to 100% efficiency within 6-8 weeks.

No sales experience is required, but preferred.
