Welcome back, dedicated reader! Thanks for visiting.
There is a new reliable, smart, and effective product out there in the solar energy world! Enphase Energy has developed the microinverter to fit on a single solar panel. Why is this product cool, you might ask? Enphase claims that having an inverter on every panel increases the efficiency level of an array by preserving the independent production of each panel. Having an inverter increase the efficiency of the solar array is extremely beneficial and most importantly, cost friendly. If finances are a constraint to your household going solar, put up a panel or two, use a micro inverter to convert DC energy to AC energy and feed it into your house. It might not be a lot, but it’s a start. And it hasn’t been possible, until now! Microinverters are the next generation of inverters and can fit on any roof surface! (This could be your roof!) By the middle of next year, Enphase is aiming to have microinverters attached to each panel as a standard so a solar customer won’t have to bother with the interconnection. It might be the break the do-it-yourselfer needs to go solar simply. Until then, remember, solar professionals are licensed and trained. Having them help ensures your solar array works the best that it can, today. How simple is that!?
So, you might ask, who can install this for you? Well, if you are a builder, contractor, or an electrician, you are perfect for the job- if you know solar that is. You can earn a living helping the solar industry grow and have a positive environment impact at the same time! It doesn’t get better than that! To make it even better, look at all the solar news, jobs are everywhere and you can take advantage.
